Sept 12th-Flying

[Rachel O'Brien]

Rachel and Ryan headed out into the quad. Rachel quickly put her hair back so that it wouldn't blow around her face as they flew. "I'm ready when you are." she said, turning to face Ryan.

Ryan spread his wings to test the wind for a moment. Then, turning back towar Rachel, he let her grab on around his neck before scooping her up in his arms. Then, taking a running start in the direction the wind was blowing, he took to the air with a few powerful flaps.

He glided with the wind for a bit, letting it carry him higher until they were a nice height above the school buildings. "Should I take it that you're a roller coaster fan?" he asked, grinning.

"A massive fan." Rachel said, tightening her grip around his neck.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"I'd tend to hope so," he said, before pulling them into a completely vertical dive at the ground. He angled his wings at the last moment, pulling them into a very low swoop, right under a low-hanging tree branch.

[Rachel O'Brien]

Rachel let out a delighted squeal as Ryan dove "That was AWESOME!" she said as he pulled out of the dive, ducking her head to avoid the branch.

Ryan pulled into a tight loop around the tree, holding Rachel tightly so that she didn't fall sideways out of his arms. Then he pulled back up, skimming over another nearby tree. Then, with a grin, he cocked his wings and pulled into a loop-de-loop.

"This is so cool." Rachel said, grinning as she clung tightly to his neck.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"So... are you ready to go fast now?" Ryan asked, grinning at her even wider.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Do you have to ask?"

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan lit up brightly, the speed increasing as he pulled into another dive. He rolled once before they had to level off with the ground.

And now that Ryan was going much faster, he decided it was the perfect time to start dodging closely-placed trees, cutting it close but never touching any of them.

"Oh my God! You almost hit that one!" Rachel squealed, although she didn't sound scared.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"NoIdidn't," Ryan said, even his speech coming faster as he came out of the trees. "Hadatleast... sorry, at least three more feet. Huge miss," he finished, grinning.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Three feet is still fucking close" Rachel said, grinning.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"Want to see what two looks like?" Ryan teased, pulling into another roll before climbing up higher.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"I think I can handle it." Rachel said, resting her head against his shoulder.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"All right, then hang on," Ryan said, lighting up and pulling back into a dive. It wasn't as steep as the first one, since he needed to be able to see the trees, but the speed made up for it. he pulled out of it, angling around the trees, this time taking the turns much tighter, his passing dislodging leaves in his wake until he pulled up on the other side of the quad.

"Wow." Rachel said breathlessly "That was amazing."

[Ryan Gabriel]

"As with everything, I aim to please," Ryan smirked as thely made a wide loop-de-loop, then curved over the academic buildings.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"And you manage to do it." Rachel said, kissing him passionately.

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan kept flying... relatively straight as he kissed her back, but eventually broke it to make a turn. "If we're going to keep that up, we might need to head inside," he said with a grin, before diving back at the ground, pulling out even lower this time.

"Heading in sounds good to me." Rachel said, kissing his neck once they pulled out of the dive.

Ryan veered to the right, then made a sharp turn to the left. He slowed considerably, then came to a running stop in front of the dorms. He didn't bother putting Rachel down, though, as he walked up the steps toward the door.
