((Everyone not here, or if you just don't want to post, like, eight characters arriving, just assume you're here unless otherwise noted))
"Great, welcome all, welcome all. It's good to see so many faces here--both old and new.
I thought it might be interesting to do a couple real-world exercises to not only enhance our teamwork, but also have a little bit of fun, right? So, this should be our first annual Capture the Flag contest, right here on campus!
We'll be splitting randomly into two teams, each protecting a few flags. The first team to successfully retrieve all three of their opponent's flags will be declared the winner.
Now, this isn't a combat scenario--you're welcome to get the flags FROM people by any means necessary, but I don't want to see anyone ending up in the infirmary after this. Unnecessary roughness will be flagged and you will be removed from the scenario.
We also have a couple of twists. First and foremost, the two bases--one at the top of the lighthouse, and the other in the ballroom-come-dining hall on the opposite side of campus--have been rigged to block teleportation within 50 yards--no popping in, grabbing the flag, and popping out. Once you get past those 50 yards, however, feel free to skip running across campus, if you can.
Secondly, you can convey the flags in any manner you see fit. However, thanks to a piece of technology designed by our wonderful tech team, any flag removed from base AND not in someone's hands for five seconds will vanish, and reappear in the initial base. So, keep a hang on those flags!
Any questions before we split up?"
