"You just described most of my exes, dear," Victoria teased.

"I think... we might do well with a little camping trip. Thankfully England doesn't have any shortage of sacred sites."

[Theresa McMasters]

"Sounds good to me. I promised ASHLIE I'd go to London with her on Saturday, but other than that, whenever."

[Victoria Valentine]

Victoria shrugged. "I'm not feeling rushed, dear. My last trip to Stonehenge wasn't exactly fun, so I'm in no hurry to go back." Not alone, at least.

[Theresa McMasters]

"I'm just saying my schedule's pretty open. What happened the last time?"

[Victoria Valentine]

"I didn't like the answers I was given. Get used to that, by the way."

[Theresa McMasters]

"Noted," she said. "As I said, she wasn't particularly forthcoming when we talked the first time."

[Victoria Valentine]

"Not surprised. If we want answers, we're going to have to make our own. It's a solution that's always served me reasonably well."

[Theresa McMasters]

"One other question springs to mind. Who around here is... in the know on this stuff? Weaver doesn't exactly make her mystical inclinations a secret, but this is the sort of stuff I'm probably better off not discussing with just anyone."

[Victoria Valentine]

"I've never exactly made a secret of things," Victoria admitted. "You don't really have to tell anyone you don't want, though... Brigid and Kay both saw the weird side of things. They might be the only ones that aren't in the scene that got up close and personal with it, though."

[Theresa McMasters]

"Brigid's explained her threshold for weird to me. It's pretty damn high."

[Victoria Valentine]

"When you grow up with dinosaurs, ghosts and witches look much less scary, I suppose."

[Theresa McMasters]

"I get the feeling it isn't all just dinosaurs. I'd like to visit there some day."

[Victoria Valentine]

"Mm, I'm on the fence. Knowing my luck, though, I'll only get to go there if it's a horrid idea," she said with a smirk.

[Theresa McMasters]

"It's a massive crater full of dinosaurs and it's ruled over by Brigid's father. I don't know that going there is ever a 'good idea'."

[Victoria Valentine]

"Touche. But you know what I mean. The things I do end up doing tend to explode spectacularly in my face."

[Theresa McMasters]

"Well, then you're in good company now. I don't exactly have a stellar track record myself."

[Victoria Valentine]

Victoria laughed a little. "My first foray into magic ended up with two girls dead and one still in an insane assylum. Your turn."

[Theresa McMasters]

"One of the many things I've learned is when to concede. You win."

[Victoria Valentine]

"Darling, the day my life competes with anyone else's is the day I really, truly worry about those other people."

"Still, I suppose there's no sense in putting things off, hm? Next weekend, maybe?"
