Ryan grunted as he started pulling down the weights. "Not bad, I guess. Kind of makes me worry about my 'bad' threshold now, though. Been a weird week. How about you?"

"I've been recovering from jet lag and letting my 'weird shit' meter return to normal." She hopped off the tread mill and let it finish it's routine on its own. "Need a spotter or do you have a legion of groupies coming to do that for you?"
