I13DT - Taking A Me Day

Allison was crashing on her new couch in her apartment. She'd gone and bought it this morning and bribed the delivery men to bring it right away. Now she was crashed on it, staring up at the ceiling and just enjoying not worrying about anything.

"God, people, I left the note on my office door for a reason. Leave me the hell alone!" She snarled quietly at the door, even as she got up to answer it. She pulled it open quickly.

A shadow passed over Allison's face briefly, but she hid it quickly, "Technically, you're supposed to give me 24 hours notice when you want to enter my apartment. I believe that was in the employment and housing terms."

She stepped out of the way, "And now the rest of this discussion should probably not occur in a semi-public space." She gestured towards the couch.

She closed the door behind Sam and gestured to the couch, "Have a seat." It was a large, plush couch of the sort that would be described as a 'comfortable napping couch.'

She walks over, taking a seat. Her body language isn't always that easy to read, but it's at least obvious that she's not quite relaxing.

Allison held up her fingers as she counter, "1. I don't understand it and I'm not sure I want to, though it might come in handy if you need an insanity defense. 2. I can at least respect it, even if I don't like it. We've all got our own neurotic shit going on, so it would be hypocritical of me to look down on yours. 3. You should have left me out of it, but I wouldn't have made that easy, even I can admit that."

Seeing the near indignance, Allison's posture shifts to a direct 'tell me I'm wrong' challenge, but she doesn't say anything about that. "Good. Like I said, you were very close to losing me. And you're still on probation as far as that's concerned."
