Miranda and Kayla's Room

Up until recently maintained as a museum, the childhood home of the Braddock family has been pressed into service as additional housing and classroom space for the Institute. Additionally, the increased demands have led to the main ballroom being converted into a cafeteria for both the Institute and those University students on a meal plan. Student reactions have been mixed, and reports of paranormal activity are as of yet unsubstantiated.

Miranda and Kayla's Room

As Nailah had promised a dorm room is waiting for Miranda after classes. Her side is predictably empty, though on the bed are a folded map of Maldon, an envelope labeled 'Clothes and Necessities', an envelope labeled 'Books and School Supplies' and finally one that says 'Allowance'. Inside each of them is some money and one of them has a handwritten note that says "Thought you could use some help getting started."

On the other side of the room, things were much more lavishly furnished- high quality electronics, linens, and toys were present, and meticulously arranged. It was almost too much for a single dorm room.

Miranda ignored the other side of the room or at least attempted to. Instead she looked into the envelopes, beginning to sniffle with happiness when she saw what was in them.
