"And me without my ability to invoke the contingency plan for a rogue Morrigan."

"That's the part that I'm unsure of, and it gets rather theological if you think too hard on it."

"I'm still the Morrigan. I just feel... cut off."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Don't even get me started on that. I tried tapping into the Lighthouse and it's there but it's like it won't recognize me. The theory is there but the attunement is gone." she says, holding out her hand and for a second the air distorts a little like above a street on a hot day but it never quite forms into a flame.

"Yeah, I'm a little more worried about what the car may do under the influence of its current driver, but your reassurances are nice, Sam," she said as she simultaneously seemed to consider Nailah's attempt at magic.

"So what is the contingency plan for a rogue me?" She smirked.

[Natalya Romanov]

"Can't tell you," Natalya smirked back. "You never know when they might need it." She looked at Nailah, "First sign of evil cackling from her, you give me a call though, alright?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"Before it even happens, if I can help it." she smirks back. "Though we should probably compare notes."

"I thought you liked the cackling," she chuckled.

[Natalya Romanov]

"I'm not positive which one of us you're talking to," Natalya laughed.

[Samantha McManus]

"Noticed that, did you?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"Should I be worried?" she chuckles.

[Natalya Romanov]

"I wouldn't be. She's largely your problem now," Natalya said, smiling. "My rose-colored glasses aren't that foggy."

"You two conspiring wouldn't be fair at all if I didn't fire back occasionally."

"Fair point."

[Natalya Romanov]

"So I'm guessing I should shelve those plans to give Nailah lingerie suggestions if I don't want things to go nuclear?"

"Oh, I won't escalate..."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Good luck finding something that goes with the fur."

[Natalya Romanov]

"Did you not tell her about that place in New York City?" Natalya put on some mock shock. "The place that you and I nearly got thrown out of? They had some things that worked wonderfully with fur."

"I still maintain that was your fault."

[Nailah Weaver]

"So what I'm getting here is that Sam only defaults to repressed Catholic when she's single."

"You didn't even know me when I was really hung up on that shite."

"Rather to say that she needs a constant stream of corrupting influence."

"Lest I turn into a pumpkin?" She chuckled.

[Nailah Weaver]

"Or worse. The potential's there. Well, usually." she chuckles.

"Yes, pumpkin is not the word I'd use."

"I ought to dress like someone's grandmum for awhile to punish you."

"Right now; be my guest. No offense but it'll be awkward enough to share an apartment with one of my most obnoxious students."

"I'd offer to let one of you crash on my couch, but that signal would be so mixed, it might be spaghetti."

"I've a couch in my office."

[Nailah Weaver]

"I didn't move into your place just to kick you out for a week."

[Natalya Romanov]

"Well, I was going to extend the offer to Nailah, but that might throw Sam's worries into overdrive."

[Samantha McManus]

"Think I can't take it, aye?" She chuckled.

[Nailah Weaver]

"I could always sleep in the lighthouse if it really was an issue."

"Well, the couch, such as it is at the moment, is there if either of you need it."
