Nailah's Apartment - Relocating

[Nailah Weaver]

With the lighthouse finished Nailah has started packing up her books and decorations and all her ritualistic paraphernalia to move them over. As a result she's now standing in a living room that is full of boxes but otherwise looking rather empty.

[Samantha McManus]

"Almost think there's not much left, with everything you accumulated," Sam mused. "Not as an accusation, mind."

[Nailah Weaver]

"It doesn't look very lived in anymore, does it?" she says, taking a look around.

[Samantha McManus]

"As an observation, aye. Rather had become your study space."

[Nailah Weaver]

"It really has... I think half my clothes are in your closet at this point."

[Samantha McManus]

"Easily, as often as you stay the night."

[Nailah Weaver]

"I still stay here. Occasionally. Coincidentally that is when you're staying here too." she admits.

[Samantha McManus]

"Simply... thinking, love."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Is this your way of asking me to move in with you?" she smirks faintly.

[Samantha McManus]

"Is it that obvious?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"I've known you for a while now." she chuckles.

[Samantha McManus]

"And you could predict what I was going to say even before that."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Sometimes it helps to know where things are headed." she admits with bit of a pained smile.

[Samantha McManus]

"Not a criticism, love." She smirked faintly.

[Nailah Weaver]

"I know. I still try to not let it be obvious when I am expecting something."

[Samantha McManus]

"So what do you think about the idea?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"Well there's really not much point in keeping a token apartment around, is there? It'd almost seem disingenuous..."

[Samantha McManus]

"I can understand if you still want your own space, really."

[Nailah Weaver]

"I'll have my sanctum in the lighthouse."

[Samantha McManus]

"So that's your way of saying 'yes'?" She smirked.

[Nailah Weaver]

"If you'll put up with me..." she smiles.

[Samantha McManus]

"Oh, call it off, then." She deadpanned. "Sick of you already."

[Nailah Weaver]

"Everyone thinks kittens are cute, but once you actually let a full-grown cat into your house you're not getting rid of her..." she laughs.

[Samantha McManus]

"Of course. Already picked out your favorite spots to sun yourself, did you?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"You mock, but that is important." she chuckles.

[Samantha McManus]

"Ah well, the view's nice," she grinned.

[Nailah Weaver]

"Guess I'll grab another box or two then to clear the rest of this out then..."

[Samantha McManus]

"I'll help. Incentive, aye?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"Thanks. Not that I really need it." she smirks.

[Samantha McManus]

"You're not as strong as you once were," she chuckled.

[Nailah Weaver]

"The incentive." she rolls her eyes. "Of course if you insist I'm sure you can muster up the muscles to carry this stuff by yourself." she smirks.

[Samantha McManus]

"...earned that one," she smirked back.

"Suppose I may as well put my back into it?"

[Nailah Weaver]

"Be my guest." she chuckles and picks up one of the boxes herself.

[Samantha McManus]

"You're lucky I like you," she said as her shape wrenched into a larger, more brutish form, grey fur replacing the feathers. She hefted one of the larger boxes with a grunt.

[Nailah Weaver]

"Oh you're glad for the excuse, I'm sure."

[Samantha McManus]

"At least some of these aren't going far," she laughed.
