Cal's Room: Apologies

[Haley Crusek]

"Knowing what you tinker with, there probably are that many little cameras on us in here, aren't there?" she smirked.

[Calvin Strong]

"Nah, just that one," he said, making a lazy gesture at the cube.

"Well where are we going, boyfriend?" she smiled.

[Calvin Strong]

Cal managed a chuckle. "I'm coming up on 40 hours here. You do the mental heavy-lifting on this one."

[Haley Crusek]

"Center of the maze? I think I could carry us both over most of the walls. I think," she giggled

[Calvin Strong]

Cal smirked. "We could walk through, too. But... Yeah. Sounds nice and quiet, and that's perfect."

[Haley Crusek]

"You told me to do the mental heavy lifting, didn't you?" she smirked.

[Calvin Strong]

"Smartass. Lucky that it's such a cute ass, too."

[Haley Crusek]

"How do you know it's cute? For all you know it's hairy. Unless you have x-ray vision and didn't tell me, jerk."

[Calvin Strong]

"And that one you can just wonder about," Cal said with a smirk.

[Haley Crusek]

"Oops, I dropped you into the hedge!" she teased.

[Calvin Strong]

"Remind me to keep a reeeally tight grip on your jeans," Cal said with a smirk.

[Haley Crusek]

Haley laughed. "C'mon, let's get out of here, hottie."

[Calvin Strong]

"Okay, but seriously, drop me and your pants come with me. DOn't let that stop you, though," he said with a grin.

[Haley Crusek]

"See now you want it too much." She teased as they stepped into the cool night air.

It wasn't too long before they got to thef edge of the maze. "Alright. Lets see if I can do this..."

Haley closed her eyes and exhaled slowly, lifting gently off the ground, her first and then Cal. She held them there about 6 inches off the ground for a few seconds.

"You okay?" she asked, distantly, her mind clearly focusing pretty hard on keeping them aloft.

"I'm good, just do your thing," he reassured her, holding still so he wouldn't make it hard for her.

Haley focused fully on lifting them, higher into the air until they could both see over the walls of the maze, and then slowly moving over it, occasionally using the walls to sort of push off of--it helped her mentally at least, to have a sense of where her movement was coming from. Finally they touched down in the center of the maze.

"So..." she said with a coy smile.

[Calvin Strong]

"Soooo... I think someone needs to be rewarded for getting us here, doesn't she," Cal said with a smirk.

[Haley Crusek]

"Where are you going to buy me a pony at this time of night?" she grinned.

[Calvin Strong]

"E-Bay," Cal answered seriously.

[Haley Crusek]

"Okay, now don't actually get me a pony," she smirked.

[Calvin Strong]

"Geez, make up your mind. Everyone was right, you can't keep a girl satisfied," Cal teased.

[Haley Crusek]

"Never said this would be easy," she teased, sitting down on a bench.

[Calvin Strong]

"Yup, I'm learning that," he said with a grin, taking a seat next to her.

[Haley Crusek]

"Good," she smiled coyly, steadfastly refusing to make a first move. "I like a quick learner."
