Sam's Office - Better late than never

Teri knocks on the door to Sam's office, holding a letter from X-Corp that looks like it has seen better times, it's crumpled and generally looks like it's been stuffed into pockets more than a few times.

Teri opens the look, looking almost nervous.

"We, uhm, we were supposed to talk to you when we got here." she says, holding up the letter from X-Corp saying she was supposed to report to Sam for power evaluation and, if necessary, tutoring.

She held up a hand and slowly the form of a raven pushed forth from her palm, eventually breaking free and flapping for a moment before perching, regarding Teri.

"...is because I have some experience with this."

Teri tenses up while sort of a ripple runs through her mind. It's not that she doesn't belief Sam, but she still nervously stares at the bird.

"You're made of b-birds?"
