The site of the recently restored Braddock Lighthouse. Aircraft hangars and other X-Men facilities, including a Cerebra unit and the Danger Room have been constructed around the foundations of the lighthouse.

Brigid tested with a few strikes, trying to hem him in. It was obvious by her style that she was used to fighting opponents that were larger and stronger than she was.
"Impressive," he said, taking advantage of her style by focusing on being fast and evasive, "But you aren't fighting a hulking lizardman. You have to be able to adapt."
Brigid struggled against the disarm, her sense of leverage letting her hold on for a bit longer than she probably should. Still, when it became obvious to her what was going to happen she showed Kevin she wasn't opposed to... unorthodox tactics.
Which is to say she tried rather viciously to kick at him.
He practically danced to avoid the kick and pressed the disarm hard, flinging the weapon away. Immediately he went for the deathblow (completely harmless, mind you).
In a move that almost seemed to be without thinking, Brigid's hands rushed up to clap together on either flat side of the blade. She gritted her teeth.
