Trev had opened a bottle of beer and was taking a drink just as Wanda spoke. It took a lot of restraint to not do a spit take. He definitely choked. He set down the beer and coughed, trying to play it off as chuckling.

Trev chuckled, then took a drink of the offered water, and then another of his beer--with far less choking.

"Both I guess?" he shrugged cheerfully, "But then again, I just met you, so what do I know?"

"Surprises are pretty fun," he smiled, picking up a knife and starting to cut up the steak that had been taken off before he grabbed his beer.

So long as the surprises don't involve waking up naked in the common room.
