Thinking things through

Ayami was in the sauna, confused over the events of the past few days.

[Tala Davis]

Tala was in her usual good mood, considering her Dad was roaming around campus. She tucked her towel tightly around her body and took a deep breath making up her mind to relax and not sweat the small stuff. She paused a moment when she noticed she wasn't going to be alone in the sauna, but chose a place and smiled.

"Hi."

[Ayami Morita]

"Hi yourself," she smiled back, crossing her legs.

[Tala Davis]

"I'm Tala, I love your hair." She took her seat and mimicked Ayami's pose, best way to sit when one is wearing a towel.

[Ayami Morita]

"Thank you," she smiled, nodding.

"What brings you to the sauna?"

[Tala Davis]

"Needed to clear out my head, this seemed like a good idea. You?"

[Ayami Morita]

"It's a good spot to think."

[Tala Davis]

"Good to know, maybe it'll do me good too."

[Ayami Morita]

"Worth a shot, at the very least.

What are YOU hiding from?"

[Tala Davis]

"Long story short, my father. I guess I'm not really hiding, just...giving myself time so I can handle the situation like the adult I swore to my parents that I wanted to be."

[Ayami Morita]

"This is as good a place as any, then."

[Tala Davis]

"Plus, it's the girl's sauna. Added bonus." She chuckled.

[Ayami Morita]

"Yeah, that might last for another five minutes."

[Tala Davis]

"Oh..you invited someone, I can leave, no worry."

[Ayami Morita]

"No, I just know people at this school."

[Tala Davis]

"Right..like XI...only older and alcohol lubricated."

[Ayami Morita]

"Just watch yourself. Boys will be boys around here."

[Tala Davis]

"I have teeth and claws and friends with teeth and claws. I also have a Daddy who's well trained and also has teeth and claws." She smiled.

[Ayami Morita]

"We've got boys who will just have that turn them on. Honestly."

[Tala Davis]

"Worked for my Dad, but..I have no problem ending all of a guy's romantic future if he can't take no for answer."

[Ayami Morita]

"In that case, I'll stay and watch."

[Tala Davis]

"Bring popcorn and I'll put on a good show."

[Ayami Morita]
