A werewolf in London...

[Tala Davis]

Tala sat in the shade of tree reading. She had her long skirt pulled up part way, allowing her legs to get some sun while it lasted.

Nate was taking a shortcut across the Quad to check out something in the admin building. Suddenly he caught sight of Tala. "Crap..." He turned up his power, hoping he'd managed to do it in time to keep from being spotted.

[Tala Davis]

Seconds before Tala had looked up, having heard footsteps on the grass. "What the...no..that was not..." The tall dark haired man, who looked very familiar, was suddenly gone before she got a clear look, bright sun and all. "That...couldn't have been.." She stood up. "DAD, if that's you, you're so busted!" She marched over to the general area where he once was.

There was a brief moment of silence followed by a tentative "You can't see me I'm invisible?"

[Tala Davis]

"You know that doesn't work for Colin when he's in the the middle of the room covering his eyes. Besides I heard your feet before you saw me." She was looking around hands on her hips. You get off easier, you obviously weren't spying on me. So, what gives? Why are you here?"

[Nathaniel Davis]

Nate let his power drop, "You're mother's going to kill me. I'm here on business."

[Tala Davis]

"Promise, work, not checking up on me?"

[Nathaniel Davis]

"Promise," Nate said, holding up his hand. "Your mother made me promise not to bother you before she'd even let me come."

[Tala Davis]

"Well, I won't tell her, if you promise to have dinner with me and you promise to call before you ever drop by." She smiled. "I've really missed you all."

[Nathaniel Davis]

"I'm pretty sure I can do dinner," Nate said, smiling. "And we've missed you too, even though you haven't been gone that long. Colin keeps asking when you're going to come back."

[Tala Davis]

"I'm going to have to set up a video call this weekend and talk to him."

[Nathaniel Davis]

"I'm sure he'd like that. So everything going okay so far?"

[Tala Davis]

"So far, met some good people. Made a friend and even had a date."

[Nathaniel Davis]

Although it was obviously difficult, Nate let that last bit pass on by. "That's good. Your roommates working out?"
