"Well, if we go that route, people in general are odd. This was a first for me, meeting someone who seems to go out of their way to be unhappy. I've had people be caught off guard by my..."sunshiny personality", but that's my defense. It's harder for people to out right hate you if you've only ever been kind and agreeable with them."

She leaned close to him and whispered.

"It's your crappy weather. Don't spread it around though. I plan on taking the country over by sheer awesomeness of me. I don't want it getting around that I'm not a fan of frizzy hair and that I think the weather situation could be solved simply by bio-dome."

Sean moved his hand down towards Cloud slowly as he considered rubbing the bodyguard's head.

"Just don't tattoo yours without their knowledge," Sean said, "It makes for uncomfortable conversations."

Aolani growled softly, leaning away from the attempted petting, but then stopped and looked at Tala when she cleared her throat. She shook her head and he seemed to sigh before he bump rubbed his head against Sean's hand and walked off again. Tala chuckled and shook her head.

Tala covered her mouth as she fought the laughter, it became an unflattering but amusing giggle/snort.

She finally regained her composure, "I suppose it could have been worse, she could have put it on your forehead for the world to see. She gets points for being discreet in her awkward claiming of you."

"Yeah, but it was so discreet I didn't know about it until Professor Weaver pointed it out," Sean said, "I'll take my upper back instead since I'm usually wearing a shirt in public."

"We haven't done anything more than a quick kiss," Sean said, "Taking it slow, so more of a mark of...yeah I guess ownership works as well as anything else. Tells anything else that the Phoenix has claim."

Sean pulled up his shirt enough for the edges of the tattoo to show.

"I guess it would be dumb to ask if it hurt since you didn't even know it was there." She lightly poked it.

"I guess it's just her way. Most people will respect the simple, "Sorry, I'm seeing someone.", but your body and your girl, if you don't mind then...eh" She smiled and shrugged.

"As far as tattoos, you can be sure it's original and unique."

Sean tensed at the poke, but the mark seemed like any other tattoo only a bit warmer than was entirely natural.

"Thinking back I know when it happened, and it mostly just felt like sudden heat," Sean said, "Not painful, just a bit uncomfortable."

"A one of a kind cosmic bulls eye," Sean smiled.
