Friday Afternoon June 10 - Danger Room Dating

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"Play your cards right and you could find out, I suppose," she grinned, her eyes yellowing and teeth lengthening into fangs.

[David Renko]

Renko grinned at Stephanie.

"Is the big bad wolf going to eat me?" Renko asked, "Maybe I shold be wearing a red hood, hmm?"

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"Maybe. There's no woodsman here to save you though," she growled provocatively, a grin on her face.

[David Renko]

"Who needs a woodsman?" Renko asked, "When one doesn't mind being gobbled up by the wolf, though I'm thinking I'll lead you on a merry little chase first."

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"I'm pretty fast. Hope you'd be ready to speed yourself up a bit," she laughed, her eyes and teeth returning to normal.

[David Renko]

Renko's original form didn't so much flicker as for a moment it looked like he was both inf front of and behind Stephanie.

"How fast are talking?" Renko whispered into her ear from behind.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"Being able to go that fast," she smiled, turning around to try and see him, "would be of tremendous benefit to someone trying to run away from me."

[David Renko]

"I'm not running that far, so unfortunately you're stuck with me," Renko smiled appearing this time off to her side for a moment before appearing on her other side.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

He says that now...

"Good," she smiled, trying to catch him. "Stuck with you? I can handle that."

[David Renko]

"Can you really?" Renko asked smiling.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"I think so," she said with a smile.

"Anything else you wanted to do while we were in the Danger Room? Our time slot is probably running out."

[David Renko]

Renko tapped his chin then kissed Stephanie one more time, hard. When he broke it off he was grinning.

"Race you to the exit?"

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

Stephanie kissed him back with enthusiasm.

"Oh, it's on," she answered with a grin before taking off into a sprint towards the door.

Renko vanished, then there was a clang, then Renko was on the ground.

"I... think I won," Renko said sounding a bit off kilter.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

Stephanie's smile vanished and was replaced with concern. She bolted over and knelt on the ground next to him. "David? Are you okay?!"

[David Renko]

"It seems that the door opens a bit slower than I thought it did."

"I have been better. I mostly just bruised my ego," Renko smirked then winced, "and maybe my face."

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

Stephanie, now reasonably sure that he wasn't seriously hurt, did her best to stifle a smile. "You poor thing," she said, stroking his cheek lightly.

[David Renko]

Renko blushed.

"Guess I'm going to need to be nursed back to health," Renko smirked.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

“I suppose I can see what I can do,” she smiled, leaning over and kissing his forehead. Then, because he clearly hadn’t had enough embarrassment, Stephanie effortlessly picked Renko up off the ground like she was about to carry him across the threshold.

"My hero," Renko smiled. "You don't need to carry me..."

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

Perhaps realizing how unusual and potentially emasculating that might look, Steph set Renko down, a small smile crossing her face.

"Should we go grab some real food then?"

[David Renko]

Renko put his arm around Stephanie....to steady himself...yeah that's the ticket.

"I like that idea, but this time you get to choose," Renko smiled.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"I know a great little place just outside of Mutant Town. Amazing desserts, and very good Italian food."

[David Renko]

"It's been ages since I had good Italian food," Renko said, "I'm not sure if I'll have the self-control to save room for dessert though."

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"I'm sure you'll manage," she smiled. "the desserts are really worth it,"

[David Renko]

"With that kind of recommendation I'll make sure to hold back just enough to try some," Renko said.

[Stephanie Kaltiera]

"And this one is on me, and I'll hear no arguments about it," she grinned, taking his hand and walking out of the Danger Room to get changed.
