Power: Jennifer has the ability to control water in several forms. At present, how well the control works is based on the form the water takes. Her highest degree of useful control is over liquid water. She can animate constructs from the water or force it into brute strength blasts. She can control ice, but the rigid nature of the water structure makes any constructs slow and clumsy and wears her out quickly. She has created constructs out of steam and fog, but they lack any real force due to the nature of the material.
Personality: Jennifer is friendly enough, but tends to have a low tolerance for other people's "first world" problems if she's not close to the person. She also has a tendency to get single-minded and wrapped up in her art, whether it's normal art or her water-manipulation.
Description: Jennifer usually wears her shoulder-blade length dirty blond hair down unless she's doing something active. Her normal attire is paint or clay-stained jeans and similarly grubby t-shirts. She also constantly wears a pair of rimless glasses.
Background: Jennifer is the daughter of a Russian businessman and a British environmental engineer. Her parents split up not long after her powers emerged when she was 11. She attended a mutant academy in the United States before attempting to attend a normal college to major in art. After being harrassed for two years by every human-centric person on campus, she gave up and applied to Xavier's University in London, hoping to find a place where she could just be herself.
