"Okay then... let's get to it."

Bobby picked up the parts, and led Mira down to the Danger Room floor.

"Computer- load X-Corp Assisted Fabrication Routine version 5.52, extended parts catalog."

The room sheathed itself in white, with a desk and widescreen terminal at one end.

"Specimen table, long."

A white table appeared, upon which Bobby laid out the components Mira had provided.

"Now hopefully, we'll see the true power of the Danger room.."

"Hrmmm..." Altamira said, looking over the parts. What deep insight, what thoughtful words could the Phoenix bring to this situation.
"This bit looks like a hat!"

Smiling, Bobby his a button on the terminal, and a green laser ran over each object, causing the 3D representation to appear on the screen.

"And now.."

Bobby hit a button, and CSI style, each part was recognized in the extensive parts catalog supplied with the program.

"Hmm.. an antenna, an energy storage device, stuff that looks to amplify psychic power, and a repeater, to send out a blast of energy multiple times... Lot's or cerebro components, here..."

Bobby hit a few keys, and the computer played out a few possible systems the parts could be arranged and combined with others to form a functioning design. A few results did indeed resemble a heavily modified Cerebro.

Bobby's fingers played over the terminal, arranging the 'hat' at one end, with a human representation under it.

"There are only so many ways to connect that device to other components, now..."

Several holographic components flashed in and out of place , anything that could possibly connect to the end of the device. And in front of the two, the parts themselves were moved by hard light tendrils into place.

Bobby continued the extrapolation, as more and more parts winked in and out of the design.

"Well, we're not even sure what exactly it does, we've just made the best guess possible.. But if you think you can handle it, the DR should still prevent anything too bad from happening."

The thing started humming and rumbling, and suddenly, the three drones started clutching their heads in agony. Even Bobby, much stronger than the DR drones, would develop a headache.

And that's when Altamira screamed.

"I was...just reaching out with it...and then...and then everything got so...so LOUD. But just with white noise, mostly--the DR's randomly generated psychobabble. It just got so LOUD--not like just the three that were standing there..."
