May 11th, Kat and Nick: Can you try NOT to fuck up this time

[Narrator]

Needles called Kat and Nick back into the Back Room, clearly in a foul mood.

Kat seemed to be trying to rival his mood, but doesn't say anything and just sits down.

[Nick Varkan]

Nick followed Kat in, not pleased at being given a mission that was a failure before it began.

[Narrator]

"So.

What the fuck happened yesterday?"

[Kathrin Schmidt]

"That's what I'd like to know."

[Narrator]

"Don't play games with me kid. I sent you to drop off a briefcase, you come back here with the same briefcase. What the fuck happened."

[Kathrin Schmidt]

"I'm not sure, either it was the cops staking out the building or maybe it was the poison gas inside the building. Or that the guy who was supposed to get the suitcase was dead. Yeah, I think I'm gonna go with the last one there."

[Narrator]

"So, who beat you clods there."

[Nick Varkan]

"Some gang of racist fucks. Yanno, the ones we delivered giftwrapped."

[Narrator]

"And you let yourselves be beaten to the target by a bunch of fucking flatscans?

Do you know how bad I look right now?"

[Nick Varkan]

"He was dead before we even left here. If anyone fucked up it's your dead guy."

[Narrator]

"Well, if you fuck up THIS time, you can go ask him yourself."

[Nick Varkan]

[Narrator]

"Right.

This time, you're gonna meet someone in Chinatown. You've got reservations in a restaurant in three hours. Don't worry about finding the guy, I told 'em to look for the biggest fuckups they could find."

[Kathrin Schmidt]

"Great." Any instructions on when they bring him in in a casket, du Arsch?

[Narrator]

"Do I need to send someone with you to hold your hands this time?"

[Nick Varkan]
