Perhaps a bit unusually, Nailah walked into the Xub and ordered a bottle of wine that she took with her to one of the booths.

"Not exactly. Though I have some books on the matter they're on archeology or anthromorphology it's questionable how useful that'd be. I suppose it helps if you can read ancient egyptian."

"Yeah, that might help just a bit. I think that Ancient Egyptians were pretty big on the whole magic thing, so they probably wrote a bunch of stuff. Of course, you'd have to figure out what was magic and what was bad chemistry."

"What's left of their writing anyway. And it's heavily tied to their system of belief, which is only going to make Sam more nervous. To be honest I'm kind of terrified it might cause the same thing with her as it did with Victoria."
