A light knock came from the door.

"Come in!" Cal called, when she came in, she'd find him sitting at his desk, like he was looking at a computer screen that wasn't there, frowning slightly.

She sneaked up behind him, wrapping her arms around his neck. "What'cha doing?" She asked sweetly. Glancing at the desk.

Cal looked back, and she'd have the impression that his eyes were focusing for the first time since she'd entered the room as he looked back at her and smiled. "Just reading the news, actually," he said, leaning back and reaching his arms over his shoulders to clasp behind her back. "Some weird stuff in there."

"Nah, I'm not, just... I don't know, there's some weird stuff going on. Like... high scale robberies on labs that look like they were done how I would've done it. Well, how I would've done it without a few of the toys I got this year, at least."

"That if you're looking hard enough to see ghosts, you'll see ghosts," Cal said, shrugging. "I'm making myself paranoid, I guess. Or over-eager? Not sure which way's the right way to say it. Doesn't matter much, I guess."

"You'd win, no competition," Cal assured, her, grinning, as he gave her a little squeeze against his back. "So what's up?"

Cal grinned, putting his concerns out of his mind. "Well, that does seem like a good cause," he teased, slipping his arms around her.

Cal glanced at the window and the screwed-up weather beyond it. "Definitely don't want to go outside in this crap," he admitted. He glanced at her and smirked. "Think we can entertain ourselves without going out?"

"I'm sure you can think of something.." She said, her attention moving to the window for a moment..as she bit her bottom lip. "I should ask Victoria about this..", she told herself.

Cal smiled, slipping his hands up her back. The fingers of one hand wove into her hair. "Well, that makes simpler," he mused, "But I'm sure I'd convince you in any event," he added, tightening his fingers playfully.

Cal smiled, then pulled her head back to bare her neck to his lips. "Now now... I know you aren't trying to say I'm imposing," he mused, running his teeth along her throat.

"Good," Cal said, smiling a little. He could definitely get used to someone with Sara's preferences. "Now get on the bed," he whispered directly into her ear, his voice getting a little colder as his fingers tightened a bit in her hair.

She just smiled, letting out a small gasp from the tug, before laughing a little and crawling off of him and heading toward the bed.

Cal watched her coolly, then followed her over to the bed, pushing her down on it. "Now," he mused, starting to pull her clothes off with one hand while holding her down with the other, "How shall we pass the time..."

"Mmm... I didn't hear you complaining," Cal mused as they lay in a light tangle on the bed. "Just... felt like it. And didn't think you'd mind," he added, stroking her hair a little.

Cal grinned, then rolled toward her, pinning her to the bed. "Why yes," he said with a mischievous grin. "I can." She couldn't really reply to that as after that, her mouth was rather occupied by him kissing her.
