Power: Deirdre has the ability to telekinetically reshape metal, glass, polymers and semiconductors into any form desired, within the constraints of the material.

Personality: Deirdre is a very no-nonsense woman, frank and results-driven.

Description: Black hair in tight cornrows, tied back into a ponytail. Pale skin and grey eyes, slender frame. Tends to dress pragmatically for the situation, and her native environment is the workshop. She does own some clothes without grease stains and singe-marks from welding. However, those outfits are seen quite a bit more rarely.

Background: Deirdre has always felt more at home in the workshop than in social situations. This caused her mutant gift to go unnoticed for many years, as it simply didn't seem like an important thing to bring up to her parents. It was during her time at the University of Birmingham that it finally came to the attention of the faculty. In conjunction with tutoring by the local X-Corp offices, her electrical engineering program was accelerated, and as she began her post-graduate program she began interning with Stark International. During her internship, she developed a suit of powered armor under Stark's supervision that she named "Adamant." Upon attaining her doctorate she served in an advisory capacity to MI-13, occasionally promoted to active duty for missions in which she used further iterations of the Adamant suit. Though parting with MI-13 on amiable terms, she has recently decided she wishes to pursue research with Xavier's University in London, and has applied to take over their electrical engineering program.
