The Crystal Palace-Reaper and Dead End's Quarters.

[Reaper]

Reaper was sitting on the bed, pouring herself a shot of tequila.

[Taliesin]

Not bothering to knock, Taliesin entered.

"Well, then."

[Reaper]

"Want some?" Reaper asked "Its the last of the good stuff."

[Taliesin]

"No thanks, I've seen Skieron after a bottle of that."

[Reaper]

"This would be why I'm stopping after the third shot." Reaper replied. "Come on, you don't want to toast your good fortune?"

[Taliesin]

"My good fortune?" he asked, incredulously.

[Reaper]

"You get to see her." Reaper replied "Even if he wouldn't stay, even if....I'd give almost anything for that."

[Taliesin]

"She barely wants anything to do with me, Rach."

[Reaper]

"That could change." Reaper said bitterly "At least you've got the chance."

[Dead End]

The door opened again, this time revealing a figure covered from head to toe in black light combat gear. A full face mask covered the face.

"Sorry it took so long to get here.. you know how tough the road to this place is."

[Reaper]

"I'm just glad you made it here, love." Rachel said, wrapping Bear in a tight hug.

[Taliesin]

"Always a pleasure to see you on terra firma," Will smiled at the newcomer.

[Dead End]

"Ooo, careful. I've been in a one man camp with a radio for 3 weeks."

Smiling, she removed her mask, letting a dirty face and greasy hair tumble out.

"Hello, Taleisin. A pleasure, always."

[Taliesin]

"So, what brings you down from Olympus?" he smirked.

[Dead End]

"Wine, women, and song. That and a shower."

[Reaper]

"Need me to wash your back?" Reaper asked with a smirk.

[Dead End]

"Among other things," she replied with a smile.

"You know the routine."

[Reaper]

"I think I can remember."

[Taliesin]

"Well, then," Taliesin said, with a thin lipped smiled. "I should probably leave you to it."

[Reaper]

"Unless you feel like being a wash-cloth again." Reaper said with a smirk.

[Taliesin]

"You've got the wrong Will, I'm afraid," he smirked. "He's right down the hall, if'n you want to go get him."

[Reaper]

"That Will isn't any fun." Reaper replied.

[Taliesin]

"Oh? In what way?" Taliesin said, somewhat defensive.

[Dead End]

"I think we can make due," Bear replied, licking an ear mischievously.

"He's a kid, Will. He doesn't know much."

[Reaper]

"For one thing, he's depressingly monogamous." Reaper said, wrapping herself a little more around Dead End.

[Taliesin]

"So am I, and that weekend with Kurt doesn't really count."

[Reaper]

"And I'd be fine with you being a girl the whole time too."

[Dead End]

Dead End chuckled, pulling away for a moment as she began to remove her gear.

[Taliesin]

"Nah, I'll have to beg off."

[Reaper]

"Pity."

[Dead End]

"Indeed. I still remember the time the boy's shower was mysteriously rendered unusable, William."

[Taliesin]

"That was, like, twenty years ago, Byrna. We've been closer since then."

[Dead End]

"But one always remembers the first."

[Reaper]

"That they do." Reaper said, giving her neck a little nip.

[Taliesin]

"Remember that time I was the fucking tree, Rach?"

[Reaper]

".....Yeah, I do."

[Taliesin]

"And you're saying he's no fun, are you?" he said, raising an eyebrow.

[Reaper]

"If you remember, he got embarrassed and stopped us before anything happened. Well, before very much happened, anyway."

[Taliesin]

"And then there was the time he was Bear's bathwater...

Oh, if only your own past selves were here to talk into it..."

[Dead End]

"Now, this brings the memories flooding back."

Dead End grinned, sliding off her boots.
