Protestors!

"Go inside," Victoria said, the first words she uttered since coming out. "They're here as bait. The way they take it in shifts, the carefully worded signs... this is planned, and it's planned to be sustainable for a long time and to draw as little bad press as it can. They want us to do something stupid and justify their cause."

The chants die down for a bit, as the protesters pass around some snacks. They pour cups of juice for each of them, and make a toast. The leader says, "Mutanis delendo est!" The rest of the protesters laugh, and drink to that.

They go back to waving signs, quietly for the moment, though no doubt the chanting will start again soon enough.

He smirked at Victoria's words. That was sort of along the lines of what he was thinking. He turned around. "I can't agree more." The protesters new antics just flat out baffle Marcus, making him laugh.

"We really should just go."

He started to walk back inside. As he passed William, he gave him a part on the shoulder. "Protests have lasted much longer back in America. We should all go get some food or something."

The new chant made him chuckle. "Yeah. We are going back into our homes. Heh, they're kinda silly." He mentioned before disappearing back inside.

Harold heard the new cheer and chant as he got inside. "Must not make them shit themselves,must not make them shit themselves..." he muttered to himself.

Ryan paused as he heard their jeering, but didn't turn back to look. Instead, he hurried up to catch up with the general group of people who had just left the gate. "Guys, I need a reminder of why it would be bad to blast a few of them."
