Name: Chloe 'Galah' Grant
Age: 19 (birthday August 10th, 2002)

Power: Chloe can shift into a very attractive pink and grey cockatoo. She can now shift smoothly from human to cockatoo form, and retains human level intelligence when she is shifted. She is also capable of speech in cockatoo form, although her vocalizations are limited to the normal cockatoo range, and may be hard to understand for people who are not used to speaking to her. When she encounters her previously unknown twin, she will discover that she is able to form a telepathic link with Jessica when they are both shifted.

Personality: Chloe is a hardworking, focused and somewhat socially awkward girl. She does well academically and in high stress situations, but she sometimes has trouble relating to people her own age, especially in social situations.

Description: 5'3" and wieghs 115 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes when she is in human form. In cockatoo form, she is a 14 inches long, including her tail and weighs just under a pound. Her wings and back are grey, with a pink belly, head and crest.

Background: Chloe was born in Australia, but moved back to London with her mother, a wedding dress designer, after her parents divorced when she was an infant. Unbeknownst to Chloe, she had a twin sister, Jessica, who was raised by their father. Chloe had a comfortable, secure childhood. For the first few years it was just her and her mother, but when she was 7 her mother remarried and had another daughter. After a period of adjustment, Chloe became quite attached to her step-father and new sibling. Her life was fairly ordinary-family vacations, friends, school and tennis lessons taking up most of her time until she turned 14, and while on holiday with her family started sprouting feathers. Her parents were able to find a private shapeshifting tutor, and she was able to learn to control her powers. When the time came for her to start university, she decided to apply to XU, excited about the prospect of being at a school with a lot of other mutants (who she might be able to relate to better) and at the chance to be on a X-team.

Please tell me we won't be seeing a lot of "Parent Trap" antics. :)

I can say that it's... not the most spectacularly useful power. If you're okay with that, then it'll work.

I think that it could be fairly useful in terms of scouting, inflitration and espianoge. It isn't as badass as some powers, I admit, but I'm cool with that. Plus, with Jessica around, there is huge potential for lulz.

Well then, it's certainly not especially problematic in really any way.

There may be a "Wonder Twins Activate!" development down the line, we haven't had a chance to go too deep into that yet.

Not what I expected, but I see no problems here.
