Power: Theresa can manipulate local weather conditions to adjust things like clouds, wind, or precipitation. Currently, this is largely limited to her personal vicinity and her emotional state. So if she's upset or angry, she might have a dark cloud hanging right over her head. If her emotions are running high though, for example during a particularly intense argument, she can affect a larger area. Currently she cannot produce precipitation that is "out of season" (like snow in July), but this may come with more understanding of how weather works.

Personality: At heart, Theresa is just a normal teenager and wants to continue to be one. She's a little bitter that rotten genetic luck has taken that from her.

Description: Theresa makes a vague attempt at projecting a bad girl image in her makeup and clothes, but it's somewhat half-hearted at best, except for the large Celtic knot tattoo on her upper back between her shoulder blades.

Background: Theresa was born and raised in Alabama. When her powers finally began to emerge, her parents started homeschooling her to avoid her having to deal with the prejudice at school. They didn't want to send her to the Institute at first due to all the bad press and the danger they thought the school would present for their daughter. Theresa hated being by herself and eventually, after a number of fights and quite a bit of storm damage from those fights, they agreed to let Theresa attend the Institute.
