Powers: Falcon wings that allow flight, wind bolts that are unleashed by his wings that can knock people over or break light to medium objects. His mutation also gave him brid like claws on his hands and feet. Over the years his eyes went from human to avian which gave him superior sight.

Kelly grew up in Sept Isles Canada, northern Quebec, where his father was in the fur business. Kelly's mother died early in his youth of pneumonia and never had the chance to met her. His father taught him how to use some guns, survive in the wild, but did not teach him social graces. Kelly had also always had a temper problem and was known for his rages. When his mutations started to manifest his father sent him off to Xavier's where...

At Xavier's Institute in New York had taught Kelly many things about his powers and self defense. He had spent a few years there that were filled with social akwardness. The years spent there had also taught him how to control his temper and not to go into blind rages. Although throughout the years he did try to improve himself. There was progress along the way but at times he still sticks his foot in his mouth. People that know Kelly will let it slide but strangers may think at times that he is being cruel, unsensitive, or just downright stupid. Most of his friends, the handful, know that he has a good heart but needs to think before he says or does anything.

Although Kelly may seem mentally challanged his is a good student. Nothing grand but he passed most of his classes in the B range.

Physical Description:
Kelly is somewhat tall, light brown hair, avain black eyes, and in shape from all the time he spent at the gym while at Xavier's. Kelly is the defintion of dumb but pretty.

With the help of Zachary Flint, Kelly found out about that his father that raised him was not his and his real one is a mutant criminal named Claud-Marc Dinoire. His mother had an affair with him because she loved him even past his faults. Back in his small town Kelly had heard stories from the random mutants that he had ensalved. They said he was a cruel man with a large temper.
