"Enough about today's weirdness. I'm going to bring my laptop out here and put in a movie. I've got some microwave popcorn that I think my mom threw in. I know I didn't pack it. You guys up for it?"

She retreated into her room and opened one of the drawers of her desk, "I'll forego the action movies. I think we've had enough of that. Same with sci-fi and fantasy. That leaves my few romantic comedies. Any objections?"

She tossed a couple of packages of popcorn out into the main room. She followed them shortly with her laptop and an extra set of speakers. "Can one of you get those popped while I get the laptop set up?"

Once she had it set up and everyone was settled in with their popcorn, Theresa started the movie. After a while, she commented on a tense exchange between the two main characters, "I think it's at this point I'd be tempted to kick him in the crotch and storm off."

There was a knock at the door and who ever was lucky to answer would receive a face full of purple irises and Colin holding them.

"These are for you. I don't know your favourite so, I guessed." He looked behind her and smiled.

"Good all of you in one place." He had two more bouquets in his arms.

Theresa just glanced at Brigid with a raised eyebrow, before fixing her expression and getting up to go to the door as well.

"They're... lovely?" That's something you say when a boy hands you flowers, right? She's too baffled to even realize he literally showed up to hand each of them a bouquet, stepping aside to let Colin in.

"Nothing to fear, just a catboy barring gifts. At first I had flowers for only Brigid and went to the infirmary to see if she made it ok, they said she was sent to the dorms. Then I remembered you all room together so I thought the safest course would be to get flowers for all of you. A sort of a combined, please don't think I'm a coward for not going out and I'm glad you're safe, flowers."

The eyebrow goes back up and she glances at Brigid again. "Well, thank you," she said, turning her attention back to Colin and smiling.

"Well, it would have made better sense if you were in the infirmary all infirm and stuff, now I just look like a giant doofus with his fur covered in flower pollen." Now that his arms were free he was dusting himself off.

"Yes, it is," Theresa said. "So, giant doofus, you're welcome to come in and watch our movie with us if you can A. stand to watch a romantic comedy and B. you can handle sitting on the floors, since we refuse to give up the couch."

"I was only 5 years old." He razzed Theresa. "The basic idea is still sound. The best parts of puppies and tigers are their tails and stripes, gills, thunderclouds and stunning red hair are what makes you girls awesome, but then again I have a tail and whiskers so I'm biased."
