A first date.

Jess tentatively reached for Nina's hand with her own as they exited Baker Street station, heading for the waxworks museum.

She had a severe case of butterflies and was silent as they joined the queue.

Nina started a bit, but after a brief moment took hold of Jessica's hand, smiling blissfully.

Jess tightened her grip a little, giving Nina's hand a gentle squeeze.

"I hope you like it." she said, with a quick glance down the thankfully short queue.

Jess smiled back, paying for their tickets when they reached the front of the queue.

Picking up a guide she looked it over, showing it to Nina.

"Where should we go first?"

"...I like scary stuff."

Shortly after they were heading through an archway, "Abandon all hope all ye who enter here!" on the sign above.

As they continued through the exhibit, a death knell tolled, figures lurking in shadows.

Jess screamed, clutching tighter to Nina.

The rest of the visit passed in a blur of handholding and shy little glances, the wax celebrities interesting but not as 'fun' as the Chamber of Horrors had been.

Eventually they'd seen everything, and were back out on the bustle of the Marleybone Road.
