Wingnut was testing out the repairs to his bike, crusing up and down the main strip of Mutant Town, generally being an annoying prick.

"Think your point was proven after the twelfth pass, Mister Coltaire," Ms. McManus commented as he passed. She'd been shopping at some of the street vendors for little things to cheer up some of her shapeshifting students that were having difficulties.
