Rick and Marcus entered the pub they had eaten at the night before the raid against the vampires, and were prompty seated.
"Maybe tonight we won't be ambushed when we leave."

"Yeah. Lets keep a look out for people wearing goggles." He said as he rolled his eyes. Not too happy about the memories of that night.

He grinned. "Go for it! Be careful though. Not sure how all that stuff will agree with your stomach once you get into space."

He put a finger to his lips, but then chuckled. "No one's supposed to know, remember? Anyway, you may be right, but I forgot to ask if all I'll have to eat is freeze-dried cardboard. I'll take my chances."

"Oh yeah. Heh sorry. I was going to ask you about that too. The freeze dried ice cream was always okay. I wouldn't touch anything else freeze dried though. One time, me and my dad went camping and he brought a bunch of that stuff you just add water too." Marcus shuddered at the thought.

"Okay...next time, I won't tell you." He smiled reassuringly.

That made him laugh. "Sorry. I'll get used to the idea soon enough. Still, it's lame. You better bring me back something awesome! Like I dunno, a piece of Mars rock or something. Pictures are too easy."

"Wouldn't touching a space rock freeze you solid or something? Maybe that's if it it's not exposed to the sun...I can't remember. Either way, I'm not getting myself killed to get you a souvenir. But I'll see what I can do."
