Wingnut jumped back into the van, and slammed it into high gear, bumping a few protesters out of the way as he saddled up next to the gates of the embassy.

Cal gave the guy he'd taken down an good kick in the chest as he shoved himself back to his feet, running for the getaway van. Still makes me feel sick to be taking orders from this guy...

Daniel was still shoving rioters back from them, but cringed when the police arrived. Let's see... I can either submit myself to the tender mercies of the authorities, or make problems for Kyra's daddy. Kyra, you'd better appreciate this... With a scowl, he held his hands up, not attacking any more provided no more rioters rushed them.

Most of the rioters were busy panicking and fleeing in all sorts of directions, and all Daniel got was a couple of elbows in the side as people ran all over the place.

Once she spotted Nick and Bobby making to exit the scene, she landed near them. She was still charged up with her electrical aura, so helping Nick was not necessarily a good idea, but she did watch to make sure that they all could leave without more hassles.

Wingnut grinned as they peeled out, a cop car blazing on their trail. "Yeah, not for long, mates," he said to the police car, flooring it.

With his free hand, he tossed an envelope back to Chloe. "For you guys. I knew you wouldn't let us down," he grinned.

Inside the envelope was...a big thick wad of cash. And some white powder in baggies.

"Ooh, fleeing the scene. We would be in even more trouble if we were to be caught now," she said with an honest-to-God cackle. She cried out a bit when her arm bumped into one of the members of fleeing crowd, apparently being hit in a sore spot.

"Those assholes. I bet that will leave a bruise."

The penthouse took up the entire top floor of this building in mayfair--a very expensive, very fancy place. There was a hot tub in the middle of it, and a great view of the entire city.

On an oddly bumpy table with a tablecloth thrown over it lay a shitload of drugs--cocaine, heroin, LSD, etcetra. Several thousand dollars of drugs just sitting there.

The girl who opened the door was wearing what might be the skimpiest dress on the known planet. The clothing, or lack there of, would distract the crew for a while before one of them, possibly her opponent, Chloe, would recognize the Olympian.

As a matter of fact, they ALL seemed to be there...Bobby's Menagrie, Nick's Talon--the whole gang, all dressed VERY skimpily, all awaiting the arrival of the team. The only one apparently missing was Rob's opponent, the Baron.

And behind the bar was Dr. Miles Cross, wearing a tuxedo.

Be ready for a manual lock on Chloe, then, I'll just have to make sure I keep line-of-sight on her. Ah... question, can you get a lock on Wingnut? Slide him out to somewhere different if we have to bail? Lile... the bottom of the Mariana Trench, maybe?
