A blast of automatic gunfire, coming from one oft he alleyways, hit the sides ofthe (bulletproof) car, while the cops who were taking care of the accident dove behind their cars.

Bear rolled down a window quickly and slid out in on smooth motion, flipping out onto the roof.

She quickly sent a volley of bang balls at the source of the gunfire, not pausing enough to become a target.

"Oh for fuck's sake," Ryan muttered. He opened his window and started letting off flashes to foul up people's aim, as well as a lightbolt whenever he saw a gun. "I'll keep us covered, you keep us from getting blown up," he told Bear without looking back at her.

The steel ball impacted the RPG in midair, exploding, sending debris down onto the road below.

That seemed to be the big thing the attackers had, as now they just came out with guns--nine of them (people, that is) firing until they were blinded...and then firing blindly.
