Rachel smirked at the exchange between Victoria and Anita, filing it away for future reference. Now that she'd stopped moving, and burned up a lot of excess energy, the strain of the day was catching up with her. She took a drink of her water and rubbed her eyes tiredly.

Anita makes a face. "This is gettin' weirder and weirder. What for, exactly?" Despite her protest, she takes the toothpick, but doesn't poke yet.

Anita blows Ryan a kiss and continues to talk to Victoria as she waits.

"That itches a little bit." Knowing that Anita wasn't going to want to push harder, she pushed her hand against the toothpick, until a tiny spot of blood appeared. "And that started to sting a little."

She lifted her hand up, licking the blood off. "Understanding a little more, now?"
