Meg caught the signal, but she also realized that too many of the team making their way to the balcony was likely to attract even more attention, especially as she spotted Wingnut making his way. She waited until he was on the balcony before approaching, and made sure she was seen by her teammates. However, she didn't immediately go out. She leaned against the wall, next to the doorway. Hopefully, she'd be able to act quickly enough if there were further problems.
