"John, grab Dr Bowen." Con yelled as he swooped in to collect up Amanda. If Stan did vamp out, John was the better bet to deal with it.

"Sara, slow then down."

Sara nods. Whatever it was that was approaching it'd have to deal with a swiftly spreading area of shifting floor, Sara preparing herself to make the groud as unstable and treacherous as possible.

John's opponent reels back and falls to it's knees before hitting the ground at the hit.

Pale white creatures on all fours began streaming out of the hallway, crawling over the backs of each other and on the walls and ceilings as they headed towards the group, fanged mouths opened wide and claws scraping against the concrete.

The horde seemed like an endless wave of hungry mouths rushing towards them from the dark.

"Fuck fuck fuck! OUT!" Reaching out into the walls and ceiling Sara tries to tear apart as much as possible, hoping for the disrupted structure to collapse as she turns heel and runs, barely stopping to roughly yank the Progenitor with her.

Con collected up Victoria for good measure, then powered back down the hall, and up the stairs.

Setting them down, he turned to Victoria briefly.

"Get her out of here. Go."

His axe flared to life as he turned back towards the ohers charging up the stairs behind him.

"Dominon, get Trauma Pack and Outbreak back to the choppers. Amp, Closer, if I don't make it out, bring this place down."

"Don't be an asshole. Get the hell out of here too," Victoria said, exasperated... though she certainly wasn't waiting around for him.

The man smiled at Sara and yanked his arm free, tumbling into the mass of creatures and disappearing as they rushed forward.

Sara doesn't slow down as the man yanks himself free from her grip, not too eager on joining him in disappearing into the writhing mass of creatures she bolts for the stairs skidding to a halt next to Con. Letting the mass she picked up flow into the doorframe, leaning her back against/into it. "We have to seal them in somehow. I can't collapse the steel, any ideas?"

"Yes."

"Closer, change of plan. Get spyballs out, if anything moves in the grounds, we need to know about it.

Dominion, can you 'port to an airborne chopper?"

"Spyballs are up.." Bear reported, even as she forced the door open and ran into the bunker.

"I'm going for Trauma Pack."

Rushing in, she made for Nina, pulling a utility knife to help with any restraints.

Jayda pushed into the room and crossed to stand over the fallen vampire. She unload a kill shot, her eyes flicking up to Bear where she entered the room.

Bear is able to make short work of the restraints and free Nina rather quickly.

Jayda's shot was true and the vampire shook once and then went limp.

"Nina? Nina.. Come on.. we need to go."

Carefully, she helped up her teammate, cradling her as they made for the bunker entrance.

Jayda put her hand on Bears shoulder and steered her towards the wall, they stepped out beside the chopper.

"Lets put her in here.." Jayda suggested quietly as her comms unit crackled to life, the sound of Cons voice echoing to her. She listened carefully then replied succinctly.

Conduit. I certainly can, so long as there's a gateway. Nina and Bear are in the chopper - what can I do for you?

Nina would have to be carried out practically, besides her mathematical chant she seemed practically comatose.

Bear nodded, holding Nina close as she got into the helicopter next to her, holding her tight and providing what comfort she could.

Amanda did her best to stay limp whispering I'm not trying to escape, I'm not trying to escape, I'm not trying to escape. I'm letting her carry me, but I'm not trying to escape. softly, doing her best to resist the urge to fight her rescuer.

The creatures were slowed by the debris from Sara's trick, but quickly closing in on Con and whoever was still lagging behind. Whatever they were planning to do, they needed to do it fast.

"Dominion, Closer, Helo 2. Get in the air and sweep the grounds. Dominon, if you can, check the lab for an escape tunnel, if you find that one armed bastard, snag him. Helo 1, wait for Genbu then back to base with the casualties. Vixen, that includes you, you can argue with me later."

Sara keeps holding herself and the make-shift wall in place in the slightly distorted door-frame.
"Yes. Just do it. I'm not sure how long I can hold these things once they start piling up against me."

With everyone but himself and Sara clear Con blasted a route through to the floor above then calmly and methodically went about destroying as much of the building as it took to seal it in.

Whilst being thorough, he wasn't exactly hanging around, axe and blasts working together to get the job done quickly.

The building started to collapse, debris raining down on Sara as she stood there, and slowing the advance of the creatures.

As pieces of the building start raining down on and around her she melts into the ground, still keeping up the sealing wall in the door as it starts to disappear under the rubble until all that's visible is a huge pile of collapsed walls and ceiling. After the dust settles a slithering puddle of stone flows out under and around the debris, slowly assembling back into Sara.
Taking a final look back at the buried door to the basement she walks off towards the helicopter, slowly turning back into her normal form, shoulders slumping.

Thankfully, the creatures didn't seem very strong and weren't able to break through the rubble. The teams could hear their muffled shrieks all the way back to the choppers.

One creature, however, did manage to escape.

With a reflective glint from the helicopter light, a small creature hopped away, raising up on it's hind legs and sniffing the air.
