Sept 21 - Evening.

[Jayda Nightridge]

"I can't understand why we were de-activated, it doesn't make sense when so much stuff is going on." Jayda sighed.

"Its nice to just hang out instead though. Its been fun - except for that whole weird chick thing."

[Marcus Kingston]

"I think Lumis is just trying to get a good grip on what the teams should be. We've been kinda rag tagging it up the last two missions. So far things have worked out okay with minimum injuries and all. If we're not careful, we may end up making some big screw ups down the line."

He smiled brightly. "True but she didn't mess up my evening any." He said while giving Jayda a light squeeze with his arm.

[Jayda Nightridge]

"Team work is important for sure, look at us - perfect team, didn't even need any mind speak to communicate during that whole thing." Jayda smiled. "Sorry about that by the way, the whole jumping you thing."

[Marcus Kingston]

"True. Best set up yet. I kind of wish we had Nina still though. Nothing like having someone to patch us all up."

He opened his eyes, glancing down at Jayda. "Oh. I didn't mind one bit." He said with a wink before closing his eyes again.

Familiar gates came into sight and Jayda nudged Marcus softly.

"Come on you, time to go back to the real world." She winked at him and slipped to her feet, extending a hand.

[Marcus Kingston]

"But I don't want to leave.." Marcus peeked an eye open and looked around. He reached out to take Jayda's hand and stood up. "Alright. So what now?"

[Jayda Nightridge]

"I think someone mentioned a drink at the XUB, check in with the locals?" Jayda shrugged, skipping off the bus. "We could steal a motorbike, go check out the 'party'?"


"Or you can go home to your boyfriend."

[Marcus Kingston]

"XUB sounds good to me actually. I don't really feel like ending the hanging out just yet." He said while stepping off the bus. "Oh yeah. That party. Hm. I still think we should turn give that to Lumis. Man.I wonder if that chick had followed us all the way from here..." He rubbed the back of his head. "Gotta start paying more attention.."

"Nah. He's probably just doing some homework or something. "

[Jayda Nightridge]

"So we let Lumis know first, then hit the XUB?" Jayda suggested. "Whats the best way to access him this late on a school night? Phone or something?"

[Marcus Kingston]

"I think e-mail should do it. Don't worry. I'll shoot him one before the night's over. As long as someone extremely bad didn't happen or we got hurt or something I don't think we need to be too urgent."

"So, off to the XUB?" He smiled.
