Dt10: Kicked Out of the Kitchen

After being assured that they did not need any help, Onyx was given a tray for lunch and sent out to the dining hall. She sat at a table and picked at her food looking annoyed. She had just been trying to help.

It was hard not to have heard about Onyx, even if Nailah had never met the girl. Curiosity gets the better of her and she decides not to take her lunch back to her office.

Onyx looks at Nailah, looking surprised and a little embarrassed.
"No, ma'am," Onyx says, "It is wonderful. They do a very good job here."
