"Look who's hooome. You are, yes you are." Sara coos to the baby as she opens the door and carries Robin inside.

Will had a thin-lipped smile as he walked inside, letting Sara carry Robin.

Turning around to Will her cheery demeanor leaves her face a bit.

"You okay?" she asks quietly.

A thin brown-furred tail twitched over the back of the couch before Simon's face crept up into sight.

"... you're home. You're home!"

Thud.

"What the!" Sara spins around, clutching Robin to her chest. She's still a little on edge.

Simon was on his feet and practically beaming.

"You guys made it back!" He said. "I was so worried I was going to end up having to fulfill my God-fatherly duties. Are you alright?"

"I'm... house-sitting." He didn't sound entirely confident in his answer.

Sara blinks, trying to figure out what she obviously missed so she just asks again. "Supper? What? Why are you here, Si?"

"I thought you guys would be tired after saving the headmistress and her lady friend. So I came over to help out. Like a good neighbour.

"And... Chloe and I aren't really talking to each other. And I don't have a room on campus anymore.

"But it was mostly the helping thing."

"Kind of, I guess. She was crying when I left. Between her and Lucy I just couldn't take it anymore. All that talk about marriage and flying monkey babies was really creeping me out."

Simon sighed. "I'm beginning to think I'm dating a crazy person."
