Room 243 - Wanda's Room

[Wanda Johansen]

Wanda had finished rearranging the specially-made, oversized furniture in her dorm and was now stretched out on the bed. She flipped through a paperback book carefully. The door to the hallway was propped open.

[Tala Davis]

Across the hall, a small dark haired girl slipped out of her room carefully and hung a white board on her door.

She proceeded to write: "I am out, please, for your safety, leave a note or find me in the CAF."

[Wanda Johansen]

Hearing the door across the hall open, Wanda moved her book aside and raised her head to see what was going on. "I guess that explains the snuffling noises I heard coming from under the door."

[Tala Davis]

"Really...he's supposed to stay away from the doors and windows unless I'm in."

She shook her head. "Males, thick headed and stubborn."

She finally paid attention to who was speaking to her, "Wow! You're magnificent!"

She quickly blushed." Sorry, brain filter not engaged for people interaction. That was a little rude."

[Wanda Johansen]

Wanda sat up and smiled, "I'll take the compliment anyway. My name's Wanda."

[Tala Davis]

"Tala. I'm new this year, you too?" she crossed the hall and stood in Wanda's doorway.

She looked around the room and smiled, "Good, now I don't feel like I got all the special favors."

[Wanda Johansen]

"Yes, I'm new," Wanda said. "I think they'll give me a roommate eventually, but I'm on my own at the moment."

[Tala Davis]

"Might be best if you didn't get one, more comfortable for you I think." She smiled and shrugged.

"I'm heading to get something to eat, hungry?"

[Wanda Johansen]

"Always," Wanda said, standing up and grabbing her keys.

[Tala Davis]

Tala paused and blinked before chuckling, "Yes, I suppose so."
