May 14th - Cassiel's flat

[Logan]

The evening of the 14th, a man in a Stetson and a leather jacket stood outside Cassiel's flat, smoking a cigar. He was waiting for someone, it seemed.

[Michael Asters]

Cassiel was a bit late getting home today, but not by much. He was talking on his phone when he turned the corner, pausing briefly when he saw Logan. "I'm going to have to call you back. Hm? Yes, absolutely, call my office and they'll give you the details." He put the phone in his pocket. "Hello, Logan," he said.

[Logan]

"Nice night, ain't it?"

"Got plans?"

[Michael Asters]

Cassiel checked his watch. "Not for another hour or two, at least," he said, judging when Jubilee would be home. "Care to come up?"

[Logan]

He chuckled.

"Depends. Ya think she's gonna mind if I smoke?"

[Michael Asters]

Cassiel smirked. "Probably she will," he admitted. "Someplace else, then? I just need to drop my briefcase off upstairs."

[Logan]

"Sounds like a party. You a whiskey drinker, Asters?"

[Michael Asters]

"I can drink anything," he said, the briefcase floating out of his hand toward an open window. "Shall we?"

[Logan]

"Yeah, I'm thinkin' we shall."
