May 4th: Not the Right Goddess

Postby Hedera Araliac » Tue Dec 21, 2010 3:06 am

Ivy sat on the stairs of the dorms looking bewildered. She rubbed at her temples slightly. The extreme weather was definitely starting to take it's toll.

Zeryn had been off campus. This was, perhaps, obvious, from the way he, y'know, entered the campus from off campus. He had, however, seemed to enjoy the weather much more than Ivy was enjoying this weather. For one, he was cackling madly as he emerged from the torrential downpour a short way away from the campus. Also, he seemed to be floating within an immense body formed of solid liquid water that marched across the campus, leaving alternately freezing and steaming footprints in its wake depending on which part of the campus it was on. It was clad in classic Atlantean nobleman's armor (or rather, its water form was shaped like it was), and all in all, it was rather impressive looking.

"Hello, child of the waters," Ivy says, smiling at Zeryn.

Zeryn bowed... both he himself and the water-construct around him. "Fair days, Goddess of the Wilds," he said, still nearly delirious with power.

"You are looking different today," Ivy teases, "Are you doing something new with your hair?"

Zeryn smiled madly, and as she spoke to him, the water creation spread down across the ground, though it seemed to keep its cohesion and must have still been under his control as he was lowered to the ground and exposed. "Oh, aye, something new I thought I would try with it," he answered, playing along. "And how does this day find you, my Goddess?"
