"Lots of people. They're all doing thirty minute sets, I can't remember all the names. Not that I'm up on the British comedians. They're all supposed to be good, though," Daniel said.

Daniel grinned, then spared a moment for the waiter. The food was supposed to be good, and they had a nice variety to pick from. "Ah, here we go," Daniel said, as the MC got up to announce the first commedian.

Daniel nodded his agreement.

And the first commedian did seem to be good. He mixed things up fairly well, not relying on low-brow humor to get his laughs. Their food came toward the end of his act, which Daniel at least seemed to be enjoying quite a bit.

"Oh look, next guy. Or girl, I guess. Has to be better than the last guy," Daniel said, looking back at the performers. The new comedienne, it soon seemed, was hillarious. The jokes were, perhaps, geared more toward women, but that was fine. Daniel could still appreciate.

Altamira smiled and nodded--she liked her clearly more than the second guy, though perhaps NOT as much as the first guy.
