Still having some dust from Mercury clinging to her paws Nailah is standing in front of her apartment door, keys in hand, telling herself she's being childish for being hesitant.

Nailah looks over her shoulder at Sam. "No one except me." she smiles a bit crookedly before opening the door.

Taking a deep breath she steps inside.

"Well, so far so good, I suppose. At least I have my purse back." she chuckles faintly, picking it up from where she had dropped it the day she had found 'Sekhmet' in her apartment.

She nods and slowly keeps going. Walking into the living room and coming across the altar makes her stop in her tracks though.

Sitting down on the couch Nailah tries not to glance around too much. "Still just my apartment, nothing to worry about. And I'm certainly not going to disgrace myself by looking under the couch." she smiles a bit crookedly.

"I haven't tried concentrating on it..." she says, closing her eyes for a moment. "But there's still something there. No presence or anything, just the feeling that it's... more focused than everything else. It's hard to explain."
