Issue 1 Downtime

Sergei, in his training suit, stood in a field strewn with stone columns of various sizes. Despite his loathing for his new abilities, he knew he needed to learn how to use them effectively. So he extended a long metal cable from a metal arm and swung it hard into a marble pillar, breaking it and sending it falling like lumber.

"...Bloody hell..." he said as the tentacle snaked back into his wrist.

Two clay pigeon traps appeared to his sides. The one on the left one launched a disc almost immediately. Hope he was ready.

He wasn't ready, and missed completely. He got closer with second shot but the speed required of his tendrils to catch it just wasn't there.

"I don't think speed is in the cards for me."

With that a floating sphere appeared, moving in a somewhat randomized circular pattern in front of Sergei.

Nash let out a brief laugh. "Nope..no blindfolds. Besides, its not shooting lasers at you... but... that could be arranged." He smirked back.

"That won't be necessary," he chuckled lightly. He lashed at the sphere but it dodged.

"Ah... tricky little blighter isn't it?"

He struck with a feint, then sent the other tendril directly for it. The pointed metal cable stabbed right through it.

"...bloody hell, would you look at that?"

"I can perform some kind of extrasensory analysis of the physical properties of... things. I get a little bit just being close, but much more in depth with touch. Up until recently I mostly used it with making items, I could picture in my head what I wanted to do, and my powers would sort of guide me in doing that. Lately I've been trying to learn to use it for other things, beyond just making stuff."
