The Danger Room was set up again to a comfortable outdoor scene, with chairs arranged around a desk-sized rock. Ryan was sitting on said rock, looking over the profiles for his newer students as well as the updates for the returning ones.

Kay was there early, bouncy and eager she barely manages to sit still in her chair.

Elise makes her way there, face in her phone. Apparently she's just on a doodle app at this moment in time.

Alex also didn't waste any time getting there. Over the summer he seemed to have acquired a metal chain with links of all different metals that he wore on his wrist.

"Cool charm bracelet, bro. Me mum's got tha same one."

Eric was off to a good start, it seems.

A portal opened up by the door and Paul walked out, looking around at the room. No crazy bitches so far, that's good...

Murphy practically bounds into the Danger Room, looking like she's going to explode from all the excitement. She heads towards Kay, all bright smiles and happiness.

"Oh my god, this is amazing! Do you see this training uniform? It is so cute!"

Eric pulled his hands back, in mock shock.

"It's just a joke, lad. Calm down, it's only the first day."

"At least yours has boots." she chuckles, lifting up her feet and wriggling her webbed toes.

She looks up from her doodle, listening to the verbal altercation. Frankie decided that was a great time to slip up from her skin and begin to crawl towards her neck. She didn't seem to pay any attention to it.

Drama already. You think this'll keep up?
That's not nice!

Eric scowled slightly in Alex's direction, before tending to his own issues.

He took off his own light running boots, checking his extensive implants for wear before the class began formally.

Paul, meanwhile, slipped unnoticed around the drama, taking a seat over along the quieter side of the group. "Great. More stupid fighting," he muttered.

I bet you they'll fist fight by the end of the day.
Come on, Frankie, that's just rude. And go away, you'll freak them out.
This is my caring voice. Hear it? It doesn't exist.
Omigosh why are you so mean?!

It flattens itself to her neck now, looking like a normal tattoo again. She looks around to find a seat, deciding to take one away from the guys bickering in case they fight.

"Aye aye, Cap'n."

A hidden mock salute, and Eric took his seat again, going over his implants one last time before replacing his protective footwear.

no breakdowns, no breakdowns..

Alex scowled at Eric one more time, then took a seat himself, going over the links on the chain by feel. Iron... steel... titanium... gold... where's silver? Oh, there it is...

She leans over as well, whispering back. "I hope not. Wouldn't that be annoying? Kind of reminds me of two roosters fighting." She giggles a bit.

Frankie takes the moment to raise up again and crawl across her hair onto Paul's shoulder. Carefully, slowly, sneakily.

"Yeah. Just got here a few days agWHAT THE HELL!" Paul suddenly shouted, noticing the big-ass black widow on his shoulder. He went very white and very still, his eyes looking like they were about to pop out of his skull.

"OHMIGOSH FRANKIE SERIOUSLY!" She reaches out and snatches the black widow in one hand, slapping it to her wrist. There, it flattens against her skin and becomes a tattoo again.

That never gets old, you know.
Why did you do that?!
Because it was funny. Did you see the look on his face?
