"Take your time, find a place that feels right."

She finally chose a place facing out to sea and gently pressed Caledfwlch into the ground, water flowed up the blade and around her hand and arm before moving back and slipping back into the earth.

"Will the water keep just anybody from drawing it from the ground?"

"No, Caledfwlch itself will reject most...the water is a...touch from Caledfwlch and the earth, much like your modern greeting. The water within this ground moved through and with Caledfwlch's...will greeted and comforted me, it has returned to slumber now. Before on cafeteria lawn, I was upset and insulted, I knew Gabriel would reach for Caledfwlch...I wanted to sting him." She lightly touched the hilt. "I...asked the water to do so for me."

"Well, let's hope everyone involved learned something from it. Spite is rarely a good thing."

"Indeed." She was silent a moment. "I would like to go to the library, who should I ask for? Will there be a keeper?"

Nailah chuckles. "There will be someone to note which books you're borrowing and too help you find what you're looking for. I suppose you could call them a keeper of the books. It probably wouldn't hurt to catch up on some history that you missed, but I feel you might require a bit more of a crash course on the current state of things."

"I see, I was unsure. Keepers of Knowledge can be...touchy...at least the ones I have previously encountered."

"Just treat them and the books with respect and you won't have any problems with our Keeper of Knowledge. Though I think most of them prefer to be called librarians these days."

"Ah, yes. I will be sure to remember that. I am most grateful for your help. I shall do better."

"If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Otherwise, start with the industrial revolution and work your way up from there."

"Right." Vivienne nodded and turned to the sword. "Rest." She smiled at Nailah as she spoke, "I believe I will change my clothing before going. May I be dismissed?"

"Of course. Unlike my students you're under no obligation to listen to me." she smirks.

"I think that would be a very dangerous habit to cultivate." She made a small bow. "Perhaps next time we meet it will be under better circumstances."
