Sirens Blared

Downtown in Maldon, the fire engines were out in force, as a fire engulfed the old Cobweb building.
Across the street, behind the crowd, three girls stood and watched, faces inscrutable.

Nailah is circling above, not wanting to get in the way of the firemen. Spotting the three girls though she changes her mind and lands a little ways down the road and walks up to them.

Seeing her coming, they casually, but definitely, head back towards an alleyway.

Nailah makes her way over to where they disappeared around the corner, not particularly rushing but she is trying to catch up.

For the first time in all of this, she would get a foreboding feeling -- just her precognition acting up? Or was it something a bit...more...occult?

At this point she wasn't even sure if she cared about the validity of their claims. Especially if they'd caused the fire. Either way she wants some answers and heads into the alley.

A great smoky cloud began to form in the alleyway-- an unnatural, unearthly fog.

...Yes. Yes there had. But that's less mysterious and spooky.
