[Mary Ann London]

Mary Ann was wandering around Maldon, not really purposely going anywhere, just seeing the sights. Her multi-colored skirt and patchwork messenger bag made her stand out a bit and definitely marked her as someone who "wasn't from around here", but that didn't seem to bother her in the slightest.

Brigid, spotting someone she knew, offered a friendly wave to Mary Ann in passing.

Mary Ann waved back at Brigid, bouncing over in her direction. "Hey! Was hoping I'd see someone I knew."

[Brigid Plunder]

"Decided to look around, huh?"

[Mary Ann London]

"Gotta get to know the area. Figure out where the good, but cheap, restaurants are and stuff."

[Brigid Plunder]

"It's a lot less pricey than London. Pretty friendly town, from what I've seen."

[Mary Ann London]

"Seems to be so far. I'm definitely liking the smells."

[Brigid Plunder]

"Ah, I guess that would be important to you. Glad it isn't gross or anything out in the open like this."

[Mary Ann London]

"Erratic enhanced senses. Blessing and a curse."

[Brigid Plunder]

"Well still, you want more fresh-baked bread and less 'I know the last time you bathed.'"

[Mary Ann London]

"Oh god, yes. I've heard rumors about shifters who take advantage of that stuff. If I ever become that sort of person, you can slap me."

[Brigid Plunder]

"Oh, I didn't mean you'd take advantage of it. I mean, I don't think I'd even want to know how people really smell."

[Mary Ann London]

"Well, there's that, but I really can't get around that."

[Brigid Plunder]

"Then I'll just say you're being really gracious by not making faces all the time."

[Mary Ann London]

"Thankfully I don't smell it all the time, at least not now. It just comes and goes."

[Brigid Plunder]

"And you'll probably get better at dealing with it."

[Mary Ann London]

"Yeah. So what brings you to town?"

[Brigid Plunder]

"Cabin fever, I guess. Hope those jerks that showed up at the picnic don't hassle us."

[Mary Ann London]

"I'm not worried about them," she snorted. "Not that I'd want them to hassle us, but they look like losers."

[Brigid Plunder]

"Eh, it'd just be a real downer."

[Mary Ann London]

"I'm not saying it would be exciting or anything, just that I'm not worried about it."
