Issue 1 Downtime

At her doctor's suggestion, Gemma had taken to spending regular time as a dragon. It made her other side happy and if Gemma was honest with herself, she liked the feeling as well. So now she was curled up nose-to-tail in a corner of the gardens and basking in what sun was available.

John was walking through the gardens when he saw Gemma lying there. He smirked, as he sometimes did much the same thing.

Can a burning lava dragon even get cold?

"Not a lot of good sun here huh?"

That seemed to satisfy her and she settled a little bit more. She adjusted the placement of her head so she could look at him. "John, right?"
